Coaches--good, grounded individuals who can see the wider landscape of your life and help you get perspective--are invaluable.  At all the critical junctures of my life the perfect coach and/or teacher showed up, gave me a new lens on my life and helped me build new skills and habits.  I know what it means to be coachable and I have learned how to be a good coach.

 

A few signs that perhaps some coaching sessions could be timely:

 

• When your life is outwardly successful & effective but the inner spark of enthusiasm and inspiration is hard to find.

• When you find yourself running the same old loop or habit on a current problem and not actually getting breakthrough.

• When all systems are working beautifully and you feel there is a new wave to catch but you are not sure what to do in order to see the swell as it begins to build.

• When all hell has broken loose and chaos is the only clear path before you.
